Overview

Why Homeowners Call JBEE Industries

JBEE Industries handles AC repair in Tempe, AZ, plus electrical work and system replacements for homes throughout the city. Tempe is Mesa’s neighbor to the west, a straight shot along the US 60 from our office.

Tempe is one of the Valley’s most established cities. It is home to Arizona State University’s main campus and is almost entirely built out, so much of its housing is older than what you find in the newer East Valley suburbs. That changes what we look for on every call.

Older Homes

Electrician in Tempe for Older Electrical Systems

Many Tempe homes were built long before EV chargers, heat pumps and home offices were part of daily life. Original electrical panels and wiring were not designed for that load, and the signs show up as breakers that trip, lights that dim when the AC starts, or outlets that run warm.

Our electricians find the source of the problem instead of just resetting a breaker. When a home needs more capacity, we talk through an electrical panel upgrade so new equipment has the power it needs, safely and to code.

Cooling

AC Repair or Replacement for Aging Tempe Systems

In an older home, the air conditioner is often only part of the story. Leaky or undersized ductwork and a hot attic can leave a working system struggling to cool the house. We check airflow and the whole system, not just the unit outside.

If repairs are becoming frequent, we give you an honest comparison of repair versus AC replacement, with upfront pricing for both. Before you call, our guide to AC repair cost can help you know what to expect.

Winter Nights

Heating Repair for Tempe Homes

Tempe winters are short, which is exactly why heating problems catch people off guard. A furnace or heat pump that sat unused all summer can struggle on the first cold night, with weak airflow, odd smells or a system that runs without ever warming the house.

In older homes, we also check the electrical side of the heating system and the condition of the ductwork. We find the cause, explain it and give you upfront pricing before any repair.

Rental Owners

HVAC and Electrical for Tempe Rental Properties

Tempe has a large share of rental homes, and landlords need repairs done right the first time. We explain what we found and what it will cost before starting, which makes it easier to plan and approve work from a distance.

01Why do my lights dim when the AC turns on?

A large motor draws a burst of power when it starts. In an older home, that can point to an overloaded circuit, a loose connection or a panel that is short on capacity. It is worth having an electrician check it.

02Do I need a panel upgrade to add an EV charger in Tempe?

Not always, but older panels often lack the room. We check your panel and tell you whether it can handle the new circuit before any work starts.

03Do you handle emergency AC repair in Tempe?

Yes, we handle emergency repairs in Tempe. Call us and tell us what your system is doing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We installed 2 units mini split with
Jbee cooling. They were on time, fast,
and very professional. Take them 4 hours to finish everything. They cleaned up the job sites very good and even paint all duct work and electrical box match to color of the house. We are very happy with your work. I am very recommended Jbee cooling to who need the service about AC installation or AC service. Keep up the good work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. JBee did a turnkey HVAC install. Every aspect went as promised. Low/high voltage electrical, ductwork, crane and roof install, wifi thermostat, all went like clockwork. And to a person, the crews (specialists in each area) were impressive. Arrived exactly when promised and stayed busy. I might also add their clean-up made it look as if they were never there. Highly reccomend
